Soroka Medical Center - CAVIA Project (Active Since 2024)

Project Scope: Tenders Lab serves as the Certified Sole Supplier for the design and operation of a mobile biometric data acquisition infrastructure.
Scale & Deployment: The system was successfully deployed among 100+ participants in a geriatric facility in Southern Israel.
Data Management: The infrastructure has successfully captured and managed over 10 Terabytes of high-resolution biometric data to date.
Innovation & Cloud Security: This represents one of Israel’s first clinical trials to integrate large-scale data storage within a secured cloud environment, ensuring both participants' privacy and low battery consumption for continuous monitoring.
Current Status: The project is in the advanced analytical stage, where Soroka’s Data Science experts are extracting clinical insights from the Tenders Lab-managed data pipeline.

Sheba Medical Center - Kidney Tumor AI (POC Stage)

Performance: Achieved an exceptional 97% accuracy rate on a dataset of 600 scans.
Status: Currently in the Proof of Concept (POC) stage, with ongoing evaluations for expansion using comprehensive hospital-wide datasets.

Our leadership has provided AI consultancy for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) for seven consecutive years, focusing on the development of On-Premise AI models specifically optimized for the Hebrew language.
